      Your JD will change once you sign. No work-life balance. Management doesn't care if you're exhausted and has no respect for time off. Be prepared to work more than 8 hours.

      - Regional Managers are excellent

      Cons

      -Completely gone to AI techs can no longer take care of the customers properly -horrible merit increases - work load expanded each day with no extra pay -micromanager beyond anything ever seen - no trust in their employees and out numbers reflect that compared to a few years ago - minimal room for advancement even with hard work
