Avoid at all costs - highly toxic with aggressive and discriminatory ways of working - Senior Manager Diversey Employee Review

Led by 50-year-olds who have clearly not worked in any large matrix organizations before are creating a horrible working environment while just trying to sit and drain the company's money. They would be eaten alive in an organization that respects hard work. The politics within this senior management is just pathetic, they treat everyone around them as inferior are racist to say the least. Zero work ethics and respect for others their normal way of communicating is screaming on employees in calls and they are clearly racist to say the least.
