Pros
great benefits and PTO if you were hired before 2019. nice coworkers who are dealing with the same problems as you (misery loves company)
Cons
lots of lay offs have to work holidays lots and lots of micromanagement management are not in touch with the employees the HQ building is a joke. You are forced to work 3 days a week in the office and take calls, but because the building downsized to just the first floor, your customers cannot hear you as everyone is so loud.
