      Age Discrimination Galore, No Thanks For Your Ten Hard Years Of Starting Up A New Sector From Scratch While beating Sales Quotas' and 7 Day A Week Responsibility Over 6 States. Position Was Eliminated But I applied For New Open Positions With No Call Back. Hiring Young People.

      - Regional Managers are excellent

      Cons

      -Completely gone to AI techs can no longer take care of the customers properly -horrible merit increases - work load expanded each day with no extra pay -micromanager beyond anything ever seen - no trust in their employees and out numbers reflect that compared to a few years ago - minimal room for advancement even with hard work
