Pros
There is absolutely no doubt that one gets to learn a lot here. There are a lot of encouragement and opportunities if one wants to develop oneself in different domains.
Cons
This is true for the department I work in where there is a lack of imagination and logic when it comes to structuring a team and setting up expectations and boundaries. Processes are not set yet and re-designing them and writing documents for that is a permanent part of the job. No need-base training plan and no effectiveness check of the training.
