      Still some good people to work with. While things are a bit rough due to under-investment and poor execution, there's still time to salvage the ship.

      Owned by Bain, so consistent under-investment in needed systems. Below market raises and poor bonus payouts over the last two years due to company under performance.

      - Regional Managers are excellent

      Cons

      -Completely gone to AI techs can no longer take care of the customers properly -horrible merit increases - work load expanded each day with no extra pay -micromanager beyond anything ever seen - no trust in their employees and out numbers reflect that compared to a few years ago - minimal room for advancement even with hard work
