      Good pay and benefits for those who are desperate for work

      Cons

      They push for mental health but they are the cause of your mental breakdown. Most processes are NOT documented. You join the company with zero support and awful onboarding.

      30 Days to get paid. You pay for travel and food up front and have to wait30 days to get reimbursed.

      - Regional Managers are excellent

      Cons

      -Completely gone to AI techs can no longer take care of the customers properly -horrible merit increases - work load expanded each day with no extra pay -micromanager beyond anything ever seen - no trust in their employees and out numbers reflect that compared to a few years ago - minimal room for advancement even with hard work
