      Extremely positive and transparent work environment . If one has the talent its definitely will be recognized and rewarded.

      Very hard to figure out the cons. All the needs for an employee's is well taken care off by the company.

      Plan your own schedule. Travel and meals reimbursement.

      Cons

      30 Days to get paid. You pay for travel and food up front and have to wait30 days to get reimbursed.

      - Regional Managers are excellent

      Cons

      -Completely gone to AI techs can no longer take care of the customers properly -horrible merit increases - work load expanded each day with no extra pay -micromanager beyond anything ever seen - no trust in their employees and out numbers reflect that compared to a few years ago - minimal room for advancement even with hard work
