      Good employee benefits. Flexibility at work Well known company in the Hygiene sector.

      Cons

      Long working hours. Back end support is not good. Required to work on Saturday or Sunday at times without being paid for the day.

      - Regional Managers are excellent

      Cons

      -Completely gone to AI techs can no longer take care of the customers properly -horrible merit increases - work load expanded each day with no extra pay -micromanager beyond anything ever seen - no trust in their employees and out numbers reflect that compared to a few years ago - minimal room for advancement even with hard work
