Pros

You will get enough space to give excuses because your managers would be a new person in your organization and don't have any knowledge of the industry. It also reflects that people don't stay long in this company, and you may guess the reasons!

Cons

I need an hour to explain the Cons, however below are some of the major points: 1. You will not get prompted to next level even if you work hard or get awarded. The usual process to get promotion is to put down paper and then negotiate terms. 2. Managers have no idea about the actual scenario of the industry and only trusts the words which they want to hear. You may also deceive them by putting attractive nos in ppt and will not be questioned. This shows how pathetic the situation of the company. 3. If you are working as TM in this company, you will be the slave of everyone. Even a truck driver will call you up and can humiliate anytime. There will be zero support from your boss as they are scared to highlight the issues to their superiors. 4. Technical support from the application team is horrible. Even if you tried to solve the chemical performance issue, you will be asked to provide tons of irrelevant data that you shall never able to retrieve from market/customer. It is a very deliberate action by the technical team, so that no one ask them to work on challenges/issues or ask them to visit the site. 5. If you are working as a TM, you are the first and last person for your customer. There will be no support from the so called supporting functions. 6. Your personal life will be finished if you are a TM. You will be asked to prepare various reports so that your seniors can sleep at night properly and next day they present the same to their superiors. At the same time you will be asked to travel to outstation locations and service the customer. 7. The travels allowance is very poor. Even so bad that you can compare it with any local/LALA company policy. The allowances were not revised for last seven years. 8. Diversey is again going to be sold by the holding company and its the third time in last 10 years. You can only imagine the situation if you were a part of any organization that is under transition from one company to another. 9. I leave the judgement to the reader and let him/her think, what would happen to the organization if their Managing Director asked to leave and other significant contributors are sidelined just to satisfy the ego of one person. Diversey is not a MNC anymore!! Note: If you are working in Philips Lighting India (completely different industry than Diversey), then you will get a good and decent job in Diversey irrespective of your quality and experience. Other in the similar industry can only prey even if they got selected.

30 Days to get paid. You pay for travel and food up front and have to wait30 days to get reimbursed.

Pros

- Regional Managers are excellent

Cons

-Completely gone to AI techs can no longer take care of the customers properly -horrible merit increases - work load expanded each day with no extra pay -micromanager beyond anything ever seen - no trust in their employees and out numbers reflect that compared to a few years ago - minimal room for advancement even with hard work
