Pros

The trainer for my position was fantastic and that's about it.

Cons

This place expects you to be a robot. You are expected to do everything by the book, and do 1,000 things at once. Every once in awhile your supervisor will pick some of your calls to listen to, and nit pick at every single thing you say. It could be that you said tomato, but they want you to say tomahto. One time I was called to speak to my supervisor because I was going to the bathroom too much and told me to take shorter breaks if I was going to go so often (I was sick with a sore throat, so I was drinking a lot of tea and water). All the management was just so terrible, and they were such cold, non understanding people.

30 Days to get paid. You pay for travel and food up front and have to wait30 days to get reimbursed.

Pros

- Regional Managers are excellent

Cons

-Completely gone to AI techs can no longer take care of the customers properly -horrible merit increases - work load expanded each day with no extra pay -micromanager beyond anything ever seen - no trust in their employees and out numbers reflect that compared to a few years ago - minimal room for advancement even with hard work
