Since the purchase by Bain Capital the environment has become toxic. Everyone is out for themselves there is little to no collaboration. People will walk over you to get what they what or to look better, save their own jobs at the expense of others. The senior leadership is not trustworthy and callus. They will lie right to your face and not even blink. They are that good at deception. They are driving a once admired company into the ground. The reputation of the leadership in the US is deplorable, deceitful , calculating and arrogant.
