      Favoritism Insensitive Management Really unstable HR team Have never seen HR working on anything yet the attrition rate is high Not at all a good working environment There's no focus on best practices and departments are often are in a tug of war with each other No integrity, no trustworthiness

      - Regional Managers are excellent

      Cons

      -Completely gone to AI techs can no longer take care of the customers properly -horrible merit increases - work load expanded each day with no extra pay -micromanager beyond anything ever seen - no trust in their employees and out numbers reflect that compared to a few years ago - minimal room for advancement even with hard work
