      - company has changed over so many times - They’ve had the same global directors in positions for years with no clear defined roles - Chat GPT will tell you why Diversey is the wrong career move - Focus is on EBIDTA - Toxic and very micromanagement - Bad salaries - disjointed environment - miserable MD that feels like we are living under apartheid rule - The list is endless

      - Regional Managers are excellent

      Cons

      -Completely gone to AI techs can no longer take care of the customers properly -horrible merit increases - work load expanded each day with no extra pay -micromanager beyond anything ever seen - no trust in their employees and out numbers reflect that compared to a few years ago - minimal room for advancement even with hard work
