Roger (CEO) and Andy (CHRO) announced removal of all previously approved flexible work arrangements to mandate 3 days in office for all Chicagoland and Houston employees regardless of who they work with, where their teams sit or any agreed upon arrangements. Remote employees are exempt but all others will have their attendance monitored and reported with punishment of possible violations to code of conduct. I do not recognize this company. The values they tout ring hollow.
