Pros
I worked at a subsidiary of DCG and it was the best experience of my career. Hands down, the best team of people and the best working culture I've ever experienced. From a few interactions with the broader DCG community, my impression was that, while each team has its own distinct culture, the quality of people is consistent across the board. DCG hires people who are not only good at what they do but also have good hearts and work exceptionally well together.
Cons
The only con I could think of is that I was the only writer on my team. I would have loved to work with a few fellow word nerds. But that's more circumstantial than a true con.
