Pros
Just from the interview process alone, I knew that DCG is a company who takes its hiring seriously which is critical. Aside from meeting with Finance, I met with members of all 3 subsidiaries as well as the CEO. This is a company with highly intelligent and very energetic people all of which makes for a positive environment. I feel like people really own their role and everyone can shine. Happy to be aboard.
Cons
Nothing to really note here. Obviously starting up a company has its challenges but the firm is lead by driven and bright people with strong success records. I firmly believe that DCG is and will continue to be a winner.
