The culture at DBSI is inclusive and open . Diversity is truly celebrated here and inclusive culture provides opportunities to succeed irrespective of gender, religion. There is a deep rooted sense of understanding the cultural strengths and gaps. Every individual is treated in a manner that reflects DBSI values. In these trying times, the way DBSI promoted and helped people to adapt to "new normal" (Working from home) is commendable, it truly gives a feeling of one big global family. At DBSI people exudes good humor and bonhomie. It is a great place to work, thanks to the openness of employees to express themselves. Although I joined during the pandemic times and have never got to meet my team face to face, yet I have got a great sense of belonging. People are encouraged to balance their work life here.
