Pros

Nice atmosphere! Lot of people from different background and good mix of ideas! relaxed culture! Lot of possibility to challenge yourself and use your skills for improvement.

Cons

Career opportunity are available for those individuals who spend most of their time building relations with the "right" people. Those who are working hard tent to get stuck on their role even for ages... often because Managers use them for their own success. Process and ways of working are planned from leaders who are coming from a previous experience complete different from the function and the level of incompetence is increasing with time passing. Transparency is just visible through the windows and written in the code of business conduct but often employees doubt about the way procedures are followed... This is an experience from London head office, completely different cultures when is about other office in Europe, where I found people committed to the company and their colleagues with professionalism and honesty.

Unrealistic expectations towards employees Insurance benefits *Managers* are composed of front-line production leads and those who may oversee or supervise.* The work-life balance is severely lacking, and there are biased managers who add negative connotations to peers' actions without any solid evidence or knowledge. Furthermore, these managers often lack technical expertise regarding machinery and engage in excessive micromanagement of employees. The workplace lacks diversity as defined, and the hiring representatives are typically the same floor leads that micromanage peers creating unfair hiring process at Diageo. Many individuals who have encountered the corrupt practices lead reps in previous jobs are frequently denied opportunities.
