- I was mentored and trained by their Wine Tracker, Tony Gruzdiv, who is very knowledgeable and very smart. He was very patient and diligent with teaching me WiPS. - I worked with the Cellar team and Lab. Both fantastic and hard working people. - Harvest activities was fast paced and busy. - Townhall meetings were great for acknowledging outstanding employees and informing us of any changes. - Celebrations were inclusive to all employees. - Paid a generous amount for my entry-level knowledge - Diageo is a giant in the industry and to work for one of their companies was an invaluable experience
Cons
- I would have appreciated more department or one on one time with upper-management.
