-Competitive salary and Christmas basket, that's it

Cons

-always queuing, non-stop calls -very poor management - not open for feedback/ideas -overload workloads/skills -unprofessional TLs -NO GROWTH (favoritism and nepotism) -No monthly incentives -No disputes -doesn't feel like an in-house company

Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

Cons

Sometimes it can be very busy - growth does come with challenges
