      Pros

      Very good product that is currently better then the competition. Many employees have passion to bring the product to PWD.

      Cons

      Hiring is focused on diversity 1st and qualifications are a "nice to have". The problem is that existing employees have to work harder to make take up the workload and this results in employee burnout and very high turnover. Grade levels director & above are all highly regarded and compensated and everything below is treated as disposable.

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

      Sometimes it can be very busy - growth does come with challenges

      Company seems to have grown faster than the leadership … many of the leaders grew up at Dexcom and the company is bigger
