Pros
I have been at Dexcom about a year and really enjoy my job. Colleagues and management are supportive, helpful and friendly. Management listen and encourage further progression and professional development. Everyone I have worked with has are hard working with a positive attitude about work
Cons
I would say the only downside has been training in a new role when working from home, this can't be helped of course due to the pandemic.
