•Low pay •Facilities are lackluster - offices are cubicle farms •Parking is terrible •Lack of infrastructure in terms of having the right tools and equipment to get things done right, quickly, cost-effectively, and in house •Didn’t feel like company as a whole was invested in me being there •Time off policy isn’t great - standard •Competitor seems to be consistently ahead of the game
