Pros
One of my top reasons for working at Dexcom is that Dexcom gives you the ability to feel that you personally make a difference in helping the customers that we serve daily. The work environment is also what plays a major part in the reason I get up to come to work everyday.
Cons
The only con would be that things change rapidly with no prior notice. However, for me that's also a Pro.
