We have the best employee culture here at Dexcom. The company builds you up and empowers you so you will take care of the patients. It is hard work, but extremely rewarding.
Cons
This is my first job in the health field and I am not diabetic, so there is a learning curve- nonetheless, I have a team that answers any questions that may arise in a drop of the hat! The other negative is that you spend a lot of time here, so the work/life balance could be better.
