The pay is certainly well in terms of stability, and includes plenty of overtime opportunity for those who want to work extra hours. I have worked here for over a year now, and am extremely grateful to be apart of this company. Being able to connect with individuals who serve a higher purpose than themselves is key here - there are always new tasks and plenty of work on a daily basis, as the company is growing, along with our order of operations.
