They’re very good with working with you on things for leave
Cons
Some mangers only do it for their ego instead of creating somewhere people want to work. What they say doesn’t add up to what the rest do. There is no consistency. They don’t give you a lot of tools to succeed if you’re someone lower and their turn over in some departments is horrible because of this.
