Pros
Very dynamic organization- rapid pace of change and development. Very good at innovation. Led by a bunch of smart people specially on the glabal markets side. Good strategy to sustain in the long run.
Cons
Highly silo'ed environment- minimal cooperation when working on cross-divisional initiatives. Poor infrastructural and control platforms- chances of a Soc-gen like scenario are not remote. Not a very structured promotion process- possible to get windfall gains from one good year's performance without the ability to sustain that performance in the long run. Low on work-life balance. Center of power largely in Frankfurt, low influence/image iN US.
