Pros
People are enthusiastic about getting to know product innovations and promoting them with clients. Generally it's easy to get management support for your ideas if the ideas are sound. Budget rarely an issue. Company generally hires the nicer people on the street.
Cons
A lot of processes are primitive and labour intensive. There are many rules and regulations to keep the company out of trouble with the law. Very German, but need extra patience and creativity in problem solving to achieve your goals and stay within the confines of the rules. Technology is outdated. Hate lotus notes.
