Pros
It has a lot of different projects and uses a wide range of technologies (although it's starting to move to a Java only mentality) The management is pretty un-intrusive Lots of friendly people Possibility to learn a lot and very fast I got the chance to learn Scala and enjoy the hell out of it
Cons
Management is pretty useless and has almost no technical knowledge There are no technical training incentives (courses, books or anything) There is a lot of people working in product, who have little technical knowledge and it is difficult to communicate There is not a lot of room for innovation The facilites are starting to fall apart.
