Pros

Work four days per week instead of five (days are longer- start early and can sometimes end late), When you get the hang of it the jobs themselves are easy to learn but in the long run will still not be a very highly valued position for earning purposes (which is not a good thing).

Cons

Hours are all over the place with nearly minimum wage pay- Had some days that would be on average from 10 to 16 hours long. I had some bad experiences, even as being one of the top producing workers with quality and efficiency where I had to be brought to the ER over 5 different times and although I didn't feel well to get to work would still place the effort to go there...And each time I had to go to the ER I was still charged points because I had to leave work despite the fact I was in non-working condition. Managers are way too by the book and don't give a damn about their employees. They even from time to time will prove there lack of management skill by hiring people from the bottom-of-the-barrel (so to speak). Don't expect to be able to earn enough income to at least take care of a family. Long term growth is obsolete for reason of not only earning purposes but also the type of work you are doing- whether you are a Selector, Stocker or even a Forklift Driver + you will never make a lot of money with these low income skills.
