Pros
Generally it was quite a fun period of employment..most of the ground staff were really great people and easy to talk to. There is a chance for you to upgrade yourself if you are deemed competent and liked by superiors.
Cons
But when it comes to certain supervisors and management level folks, that's when the sunshine and roses starts to darken and show its thorns. Lack of communication, questionable decisions... Some folks have responsibilities and roles way beyond their job scope. I know of one person who was basically HR, customer service, and a few other roles combined into a one-man army.
