Each store manager can do what he wants, some can be godly and others can be diabolical. -Wages are not negociable - they are also quite low. -Amateurish and disorganized in many aspects. This can play to your advantage in some situations and to your disadvantage in others. -It is expected in most stores that you will be working over 40 hours per week. I think the average you should expect, unless your are lucky, so to have to work from 45 to 55 hours per week. Expect these hours to be intense, as well.
