Pros
The job is fun, you get to meet and help lots of people. It has moments of being busy and moments of being slow, and is a girly girl’s dream. Management and employees are great to work with. Flexible hours.
Cons
Must work weekends. Everyone is part time so you won’t get many hours and no benefits. This cannot be a full time income job. The company puts big demands on management and too big of goals for the store that are unattainable. The company does not care about the employees or celebrate accomplishments or loyalty. They are constantly making changes that require extra work for the store that are unnecessary.
