Pros

The hard working individuals such as the stylists, CSRs, alterations and managers.

Cons

-No Competitive salary & benefits(no where near any market ranges and benefits are more expensive and worse policies) -No Paid FMLA (used to pay 4 weeks salary without using time) -Toxic Environment (Ex: corporate customer service tends to ignore warnings of an aggressive, combative and vulgar customers and will send them back to the stores even at the cost of staff safety ) -No Support from corporate (training, harassment situations (customers towards associates), HR, customer service issues, safety concerns, product quality assurance) -No Realistic standards: expected to be attained with cut staff and improper training -Habit of always always always exploiting/conning over the store's management team. -Corporate teaches store managers to not have a team oriented mentality. -As a store manager/assistant manager be prepared to work even when sick and be expected to come in on days off if someone calls out. There are no hired covering managers in the districts. Most grievances are on a corporate level. The in store teams are usually amazing. Used to be a good work place even with high work demand and under compensated salaries. They treat staff like they are incompetent and worthless.
