      Pros

      meeting new people helping bride find wedding dress other than that nothing!!!

      Cons

      unrealistic sales goals. They expect sales to be atleast $140 when they dont have the marketing skills to drive the business. management talks about customers behind their backs. no balance between family and work. they expect you to practically be on call schedule changes at any given moment.

      Fun place to work and nice to be apart of something bigger.

      Cons

      Total revolving door for employees, managers and everything else. No commission and store is worn down along with systems.
