Okay base pay, brides and other customers that really appreciate your hard work. flexible hrs and coworkers who are all on the same boat.
Cons
Could get paid more more, can work only 2-3 days a week , feel bad when you don't sell even of you did everything right and then get reminded by others and makes your feel worse
