Meeting people from all walks of life Making her feel confident and connecting with her Building a team that becomes a family Benefits package is great Beautiful gowns Memorable stories

Cons

Company has not figured out payroll, changes often Does not consider the store managers struggles when executing a company change, there is no training supplement to support and voicing struggle is frowned upon. Store hours are too long when peek season is over, hurting payroll and staffs overall sales productivity, affecting their commission is the long run and trickling into high turnover. Schedules are not "fixed schedules" as much as they say it should be.

Fun place to work and nice to be apart of something bigger.

Cons

Total revolving door for employees, managers and everything else. No commission and store is worn down along with systems.

nice to work with brides and clients

Cons

management is passive aggressive and condescending especially if your a teenager that’s just starting, i already got in trouble for not being pushy enough while trying to upsale. also low working hours and atleast for me i usually don’t get any breaks
