Pros
The entire team is friendly and supportive- eager to work as a team. Shifts are fast paced and busy. Salary plus commission is fantastic for slower days but commission proves to be an awesome motivator in pushing yourself to make goals, usually not a problem- dresses and accessories can many times sell themselves. If you're shy, unmotivated, and lack a sense of assertiveness-, sales is not for you.
Cons
* Customers lacking in basic personal hygiene and proper undergarments. A g-string is not appropriate attire when trying on gowns. * Your shift will go by so fast because you are very busy that taking a break seems nearly impossible, learning to excuse yourself and learning to close deals more efficiently will become mandatory for your own good.
