      being part of a management team contributing to someone's dream day great support an actual "career" teamwork developing other people training others feeling like I make a difference creating a fun work atmosphere

      Cons

      working weekends working stretches working with all women lol customer issues understaffed sometimes mean customers used to making more money

      Fun place to work and nice to be apart of something bigger.

      Cons

      Total revolving door for employees, managers and everything else. No commission and store is worn down along with systems.

      Management is unhelpful at best and cruel at worst We're horribly understaffed Communication is terrible Management is very inconsistent about their expectations
