Helping women feel special, great co-workers, if you really want to move up you eventually can, overall a fun job
Cons
Pay is little, commission is confusing and hard to reach- especially considering the price point of the dresses and the budget of most clients. It's very common to meet the required commission goal and still only make $20 extra (bi-weekly).
