Pros
you get to share others wedding dreams and be a part of the planning process. The commission was okay and the pay was minimum wage. It is a fun environment and you go home feeling like you helped someone so it was definitely rewarding as well.
Cons
There are tons of cons. First the pay is not great, you work your butt off trying to make a sale or cleaning the place while trying to meet the demands of the customers. Customers are rude. Employees are very dishonest, there were a lot of times when other employees would ring up your client under there name and get the commission for it. Commission goals were hard to reach if you didn't work full time and very easy to reach if you do work full time. The managers had the employees doing their work when tagging inventory and often times you had to stay over an hour cleaning the place once it closed
