Pros
The customers give me reason to go to work. The works for the most part are great to work with.
Cons
Overall, management is not satisfying to work with. Within my two years there, I was told management team as a whole was better years ago. Overall Management does not care about their workers. They only care about the work you put in for them, but do not care to reward you for your work.
