      Fun to work with new brides. Decent benefits and pay for management only!

      No full time employees except management, therefore huge turnover. Extremely negative environment set by higher management.

      Fun place to work and nice to be apart of something bigger.

      Total revolving door for employees, managers and everything else. No commission and store is worn down along with systems.

      Cons

      management is passive aggressive and condescending especially if your a teenager that’s just starting, i already got in trouble for not being pushy enough while trying to upsale. also low working hours and atleast for me i usually don’t get any breaks
