      Very chill job& No major hard work

      Cons

      Very inconsistent hours and can get boring after awhile. They switch the policies of the store every other week to make it seem like you’re doing something wrong.

      Fun place to work and nice to be apart of something bigger.

      Total revolving door for employees, managers and everything else. No commission and store is worn down along with systems.

      nice to work with brides and clients

      Cons

      management is passive aggressive and condescending especially if your a teenager that’s just starting, i already got in trouble for not being pushy enough while trying to upsale. also low working hours and atleast for me i usually don’t get any breaks
