Management touts innovation, hiding behind the image of cutting-edge technology while embracing politics, towing the line even when unethical. Cool technology only goes so far when you realize the people responsible for our continued growth are overly invested in broken practices. It may be worth it to ride the rest of this immediate wave but there are regular patterns of behavior that point to Databricks being a poor long-term time investment.
