      You’re a full time employee paid weekly

      Cons

      Unfortunately seems to be a body shop, as long as you’re engaged on a contract with a client you’re good. But if times look economically challenging for management and you are not at a clients … high probability you’ll be shown the door, this is the new norm. Once working there don’t expect CPI pay raises ( even though your charge out rate will)

      Thank you for the 4-star review, however it would seem you have the wrong company. DWS is an Australian IT consultancy, do not have a 'Director of Finance' role, and have no staff in the USA.
