We have lots of opportunities to interact with the business and senior management team at monthly social events, company meetings, regular catchups, and 1:1 direct conversation whenever requested.

      Thank you for the 4-star review, however it would seem you have the wrong company. DWS is an Australian IT consultancy, do not have a 'Director of Finance' role, and have no staff in the USA.
