      If you are lucky to land into a good client you can have a good experience. A good place to work for junior guys in IT

      Cons

      If you have to rely on the bdm to get you into your next role, often they don't understand your skills and will try to place you into any role , their priority is not your career but their sales commissions so you are just a number for the bdm

      Thank you for the 4-star review, however it would seem you have the wrong company. DWS is an Australian IT consultancy, do not have a 'Director of Finance' role, and have no staff in the USA.
